"A local recommended me this place where they do daily menus with 2 dishes + a dessert + drink (glass of wine included!) for 18 euros. The rice was amazing, the calamares could be a bit better I feel. The waitress was very friendly even if I struggled to speak spanish :) It was full inside but I enjoyed the terrace on a cool but sunny february day."

"Great choice for a lunch. Even though the menu del día is slightly more than the other places, the quality is much higher. Friendly staff and delicious quality food."

"I've been back twice to "Restaurante Espinosa" and definitely am going again. In the morning between about 8am and 11:30am they do "breakfast". It consists of a variety of choices of dishes they prepare for that morning. Not a fixed menu as such. In the afternoon around 1pm they start "lunch" with different dishes. As you enter, you can see the different foods being prepared for serving. My first visit I had calamar in a flavorful brown sauce, with green pimenton peppers, tasty not spicy. Including the coffee "cortado" it was only €7. Nice value for the price. The second visit was meatballs in a mild sauce, also very good, and a mushroom tortilla. The tortilla was good but a little salty fir my taste. None of the other dishes were salty, to me. Note that some dishes are served at room temperature, but if you'd like them warm all you have to do is ask the waitress. The table service was friendly and efficient. Since the food, service and atmosphere are all excellent it can get pretty busy-- but the wait time wasn't much. My first visit I didn't understand how to order. Basically you sit at an open table, or a server will seat you, and you can show the server what you want up at the food prep counter. You could also take pictures if that works better for you."

"A great traditional Valenciano breakfast hangout. Plates filled with sandwich fillings that you choose from to fill 1/2 or a full sandwiche with. So tasty! A must when I'm in town."

"This is my third day in row to come to this place, very friendly and cozy. I usually come for coffee and their outstanding cheese cake (Valèncian style) but also food as lunch is amazing"

"We passed by this place when we arrived early in the morning in Valencia and wanted to have a quick breakfast. They have many tasty dishes for breakfast and it was also very cheap."
